Terms of service

These terms apply to Baseline, provided by Baseline Technologies ApS (CVR 45661431). By using Baseline you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you use it for.

Access

Access is by invitation. Your organisation is responsible for who it invites and for keeping sign-in details safe.

Your content

Your organisation owns the routines, photos and answers it submits. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it to harm others.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Baseline available and accurate, including automated photo checks, but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Ending

Your organisation can stop using Baseline at any time. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms.

Law

These terms follow Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts.
